Returns & Exchanges
If you encounter issues such as:

• Purchasing an incorrect item or size,
• No longer needing a product,
• Receiving an item different from its online description,
• Receiving a defective or damaged product,
• Dissatisfaction with a purchase,
• Accidental purchases,

Please contact our customer service for assistance with next steps. While specific circumstances have tailored rules (detailed below), some overarching guidelines apply to all returns or exchanges:

• All returns/exchanges must follow our official Return Procedure and include a valid, signed RMA form.
• Products must be in new condition and original packaging. Used, installed, or poorly conditioned returns will not be accepted.
• Returns due to defects or incorrect items may need to be sent back for inspection.
• Do not assemble, install, or modify products that are incorrect or purchased in error.

Certain products may not require physical return but rather disposal as instructed.

Items that cannot be returned include:

• Products labeled "Non-Returnable",
• Custom-built orders.

Shipping Fees for Returns
For orders within the continental US, if the return is not due to an error by PowerDXP Inc., the initial shipping cost plus a return fee of $12.99 per item will be deducted from your refund. For other cases, especially involving larger or international shipments, shipping costs may vary and will be adjusted based on the carrier’s estimate.

Defective or Incorrect Products
PowerDXP Inc. strives for accuracy and quality, but issues may occur. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect through no fault of your own, please refrain from using or modifying it. Contact our customer service for a guided resolution process, which may include sending photos or videos of the issue.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel any order or part not yet shipped unless marked non-cancelable. Orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled.

Billing, Refunds, & Credits
Payments are captured at order placement. Refunds for returns are processed upon verification of the returned item’s condition, through the original payment method. Allow extra days for the credit to appear on your account.

Shipping & Delivery
We utilize FedEx, DHL, USPS, & UPS for reliable shipping. Shipping methods may vary based on the product type and destination. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.
